Meet Crystal

I’m an actress, storyteller, and creative rooted in truth and transformation. I’m drawn to work that challenges convention, centers resilient women, and leaves a lasting emotional imprint.

Originally from Atlanta, I now call Los Angeles home with my husband and creative partner, director Tawan Bazemore. Together, under our banner Cinema Optics, we’ve proudly produced award-winning films that spark dialogue and reflect our culture.

I’m also the creator of CPB Little Reminders—a lifestyle brand born from my own sacred pause. Every journal, message, and product is an invitation to return to yourself with intention and gratitude.

The work I do—on screen and off—is grounded in purpose, presence, and impact.

To date, I’ve received 10 Best Actress awards, including a recent win for my lead role in The Recipe, and received multiple nominations for emotionally grounded, transformative performances.
